Solemn blessing of new fire engines at the Ringana Octoberfest

In the picturesque St. Johann in the Haide, an impressive ceremony took place on the occasion of the traditional Ringana Okto-Festival. Two new fire engines and a portable pump were inaugurated and blessed there.

In 2022, the company fire brigade of the fresh cosmetics manufacturer Ringana was launched. This volunteer fire brigade has now made a name for itself and plays an important role for both the company and the community. Around 20 employees are active under the commanding HBI Paul Steinbauer and his deputy Obi Andreas Bräu. Among them is also the managing director of Ringana, Michael Wannemacher, and the Vice Mayor of St. Johann, Christoph Miksch.

In order to increase the operational readiness and efficiency of the fire brigade, a small fire engine with all -wheel drive and a multi -purpose vehicle were officially put into service during the festival. A portable pump was also introduced. The blessing of these new devices was carried out by Vikar Mario Brandstätter, who emphasized the importance of such purchases for the Rambou projects and the general security of the community.

All speakers of the ceremony, especially Mayor Günter Müller and the division commander LFR Thomas Gruber, expressed their gratitude to the company management, in particular Andreas Wilfinger as well as Ulla and Michael Wannemacher. This initiative makes a decisive contribution to security in the company and will also have a supporting effect on operations within St. Johann. The event was musically framed by the Trachtenmusikverein Unterlungitz under the direction of conductor Martina Schieder.
