Shocking traffic accidents in Graz: Pedestrians and cyclists injured!
A serious traffic accident occurred in Graz when a 25-year-old driver wanted to turn left at the Grenzengasse at 9.40 a.m. At the same time, a 62-year-old pedestrian wanted to cross the protection path. There was a collision in which the pedestrian was seriously injured and had to be admitted to the state hospital in Graz, as reported.
But that was not the only incident that day. Later, around 1 p.m., another accident occurred in Plüddemanngasse. A 25-year-old driver stopped behind a persistent vehicle to enable a pedestrian to cross it. When the pedestrian left the street and the driver did again, a 25-year-old suddenly crossed the protection path. The driver could no longer brake in time, and the pedestrian crashed into his head against the windshield. He also had to be brought to the LKH Graz after first aid.

A third incident occurred around 2.30 p.m. in the old Poststrasse when a 67-year-old driver wanted to leave a supermarket car park. At the same time, a 24-year-old e-scooter driver approached. The driver stopped at the stop line, but there was a collision when the e-scooter driver crashed into the standing car. He was also brought to the UKH Graz with minor injuries, such as reported.
