Stadlober commented on her course of the race and explained that she went into the race from a high start number, which led to hectic initial phases. "I gave everything and I am absolutely satisfied with eighth place," said Stadlober, who is looking forward to the 20 km individual race on New Year's Eve after this positive result. The second Austrian Katharina Brudermann had to be satisfied with the 43rd place (+3: 28.5), as also reported by the Krone .
