In the beverage menu there are Japanese teas, Vietnamese coffee specialties, Asian beers and Austrian wines, all of the selected, regional suppliers. For example, the Angus Beef Patties come from the Bio-Agus farm Boafarm in Lower Austria.

The gastronomy in change

The current developments in the catering sector are characterized by a change. According to G as Gastro reflects the cultural diversity and is an important economic factor. Even if the gastronomy in 2023 still suffers from the consequences of global events such as the Covid 19 pandemic, statistics show that restaurants, restaurants and cafés have recovered better than other areas.

A trend is clearly emerging: more and more consumers are value on regional products and healthy eating. About 78 % of the guests state that they prefer to choose restaurants that use regional ingredients, while 51 % of consumers think that restaurants should promote healthier foods. In this sense, the offer of Shiso Burger, which not only relies on culinary diversity, but also on the quality of the ingredients, could fit well into the current zeitgeist.
