complexity of the rescue measures

The rescue of people from accident vehicles requires comprehensive explorations of the application situation. This is particularly important for truck accidents, since these often present complex technical challenges. According to kohlhammer-feuerwehr.de, the situation requires a high degree of experience of the emergency services that are often not familiar with the actual conditions.

In the case of rescue use in Rotenburg, it was recognized that parts of a truck can be under tension, while other areas become softer, which significantly influences the correct act of action. environmental and security aspects

The accident not only had consequences for the people involved, but also for the environment. The load of the truck, which included water -hazardous liquid, was damaged. During the rescue work there was a controlled leak out of this liquid, which was collected with special collecting trays. The adjacent green strip was protected with binders to avoid pollution of the environment. However, parts of the liquid came into the side room.
