Future -like residential complex in Virgen: First celebration heralds construction progress
In Virgen, the foundation stone of a new residential complex, which was initiated by the OSG (East Tyrolean settlement cooperative), recently took place. Among the guests were Managing Director Ing. Josef Hotstschnig and project manager Baumeister Ing. Martin Steiner, who also welcomed Mayor Dietmar Ruggenthaler and site manager Christian Ebner. This festive opportunity was taken as an opportunity to celebrate the progress of the construction project and to present the future living opportunities.
The property on which the system is created is centrally and sunny in the village. Architect di Anton Mariacher has developed an appealing concept with seven apartments. The construction started in July 2024, which means that the work is now in full swing. The first residents are expected to be able to move in in late autumn 2025.

The residential complex is built in solid construction and has a flat roof and an appealing wooden facade. The structural features include a modern comfort ventilation system, windows with triple glazing, underfloor heating and high-quality tiles. Each apartment is also equipped with a covered parking space and a basement compartment, which should guarantee future residents high comfort.
Visitor parking spaces and a children's playground are also integrated into the concept. The living areas of the units vary between 52 and 89 square meters, each apartment still has a spacious loggia that offers additional space for relaxation and leisure.
Completion is eagerly awaited, since the project is of great importance for the community by wanting to create urgently needed living space. Details on the construction progress and other developments can be followed on the OSG website. This takes another step towards an attractive residential culture in the Virgen region.
