He had rammed a pedestrian with a stolen women's bike head -on and left her with serious injuries. The dramatic accident and its consequences

The injured woman had to be operated on after she had lost consciousness. Voices from the police reported a complicated investigation process because it lacked eyewitnesses and the woman could not remember the incident. A DNA track on her sweater finally led to the suspect, which was arrested and was largely confessed to the investigators. However, he stated that he overlooked the woman because he had problems with the bicycle chain and fled from the scene of the accident.

The accused, a Serb, initially suspected that a friend from the homeless scene was responsible for the incident and accused him of having hurt the woman. However, this turn of the events did not make things easier because the said "Ricky" could not be found. Despite these contradictions, the fact that the defendant is related to several crimes, including shop theft and burglaries, remains.
