The consensus and cooperation be emphasized across political borders. The program includes basic childcare, measures to combat poverty and a focus on an improvement in the nursing sector in order to counteract the lack of personnel and the burden of caring relatives. Parr warned, on the other hand, that questions about long -term financing of these measures remain open, which indicates great challenges. The 210 -page program “Now do the right thing. In addition to social measures, there is also strict requirements in asylum law. A temporary stop in family reunification is to be introduced, and asylum applications are to be reduced to zero, which means unprecedented cuts. At the same time, rents should be stabilized by extended limits. The government agreement also provides numerous reforms in business and social services. The planned budget consolidation is sought to prevent EU deficit procedures. The cooperation between the parties should always be emphasized and the decision -making process outside the political blockade is to be facilitated.
But the new coalition also faces critical questions, especially in social security. While the focus on child and family support sends many positive signals, it remains unclear how social security should maintain or even improve in the long term. Caritas noted that even decisive details on basic care for migrants and asylum seekers have not yet been finally clarified. In an area that is as sensitive as it is as sensitive as migration policy and financially, uncertainty is enormous.
