Klosterneuburg, Österreich - On May 27, 2025, the results of the municipal council election in Klosterneuburg, which took place on January 26. The town hall coalition remains in the hands of the People's Party (ÖVP) and the NEOS. This coalition has been running since 2020 and now holds 22 of the 41 mandates in the municipal council, while Mayor Christoph Kaufmann (ÖVP) announced the information in a press release. The constituent meeting of the new municipal council is scheduled for June 3, provided that there is no objection to the election result.

In the current elections, the ÖVP, the most strongest faction, had to accept a loss and fell from 18 to 17 seats.
