In less than a year of construction, the city of Heidelberg has built a new day care center on Harbigweg. This fast completion is the result of an innovative building approach known as the "Heidelberg daycare kit". The construction consists of around 60 prefabricated room modules, which are already equipped with furniture, lighting systems and sanitary facilities in the plant. This new facility is the third daycare center that was implemented with the Heidelberg kit and shows the success of the city in the fast, efficient and environmentally friendly construction.
