Philipp Pomer celebrates 100 missions: SV Ried expects intensive duel against Bregenz

Philipp Pomer, a 27-year-old midfielder of SV Guntamatic Ried, is in his career a major moment: his 100th competitive game for the club. For the native of Viennese, this anniversary is a reason to be happy, but the focus is clearly on the upcoming match against Bregenz. "It is something special to play 100 games for a club. But now only the game counts. If we win, I can toast to this anniversary," explains Pomer, who scored ten goals in the 99 games so far and has given 12 templates.

Pomer likes to remember his most beautiful goal, which he scored in October 2022 when he sank the Ball Volley from the sixteen. The past cup game against Sturm Graz, which ended with a 2-1 victory, also remains in excellent memory. With a view to today's opponent, he says: "Bregenz is a tough chunk. Her body -hugging game makes her a difficult opponent."
