Lukas Kaufmann, a passionate cyclist from Kronstorf, recently participated in the famous Race Across America (RAAM), the world's longest cycling marathon. In a remarkable performance, he cycled almost 5,000 kilometers in less than nine days and took the impressive second place. In order to share his experiences and challenges during this breathtaking race, he invites you to a special film presentation on Friday, November 22nd, at 7 p.m.

The event takes place in the GZ Pilzshop in Perg and includes a 70-minute documentation that gives insights into Kaufmann's journey. A remarkable aspect of his participation are the extreme conditions under which he fought - lots of liquid food and only ten hours of sleep over the entire distance. Previously, Kaufmann will give a short lecture on his 2024 sports season and his way to a professional athlete. This addition will help the audience to better understand the exertion and the intensity of his training.
