The same celebration for residential and business center Friedrich in Perg
In Perg, Raiffeisenbank recently celebrated the same party for its new residential and business center on Linzerstrasse. This happened a year after the groundbreaking for the project. The residential and business center is being built on the site of the former cinema directly opposite the existing Raiffeisenbank. The system will not only include business areas, but also apartments. It is already stipulated that the business areas on the ground floor of Raiffeisen Immobilien and Hartlauer, a specialist company for optics, hearing acoustics, photo and cell phones should be documented. In addition, the three upper floors offer space for a total of 27 apartments, the sizes of which will be between 42 and 101 square meters. For the future residents, 38 parking spaces are also planned in an underground car park.
thanks to the participants
At the event of the topping -out ceremony, Fröschl expressed its thanks to the architects and the construction workers. In particular, he emphasized the achievements of Bernhard Fierlinger from the Kroh & Partner Architecture Bureau, as well as the Habau and Krückl working group, which are responsible for the execution of the construction work. "Our good neighborhood will go to your patience and understanding," added Fröschl. He expressed particular pleasure that no accidents have happened during the entire construction work.
Perg's mayor Anton Froschauer praised the contribution of the Raiffeisenbank to revitalize and further develop the city center. "Instead of building on the green meadow, it was important to the Raiffeisenbank to revitalize Linzer Straße. Raiffeisen is one of those with whom you can do something, and then it will be implemented," remarked Froschauer. This illustrates the bank's commitment, not only for its own interests, but also for that of the entire city.
The completion of the residential and business center is planned for autumn 2025. This development could have a positive impact on the attractiveness of Linzerstrasse and sustainably shape the cityscape of Perg. Visitors and residents can look forward to a modern facility that combines both residential and business interests in a central area.
