New swing in the management club: Kathrin Kühtreiber-Leitner leads

In Upper Austria there is a fresh wind in the management club: Kathrin Kühtreiber-Leitner, the board director of OÖ Versicherung AG, has taken over the presidency and follows Wolfgang Pfeil, who has successfully conducted the club for over nine years. In this new role, Kühtreiber-Leitner will bring their vision and energy into the newly elected team to strengthen the networking of Upper Austrian companies.

"The management club Upper Austria should be the network platform in Upper Austria-digitally and analogous, in Linz and in the regions. We will develop a program in the new team at the beginning of the year," explained Kühge-Leitner. Their focus is on putting current topics in the foreground and at the same time taking social aspects into account.

The Kick Off event on the realignment of the club was rounded off by an inspiring keynote by Viktoria Schnaderbeck, the former captain of the Austrian national women's football team. Schnaderbeck, who also played for Bayern Munich and Arsenal, gave a lecture on the "Success factors of high-performance teams". She dealt with how teamwork and leadership can work at the highest level - a central topic that the Management Club would also like to tackle in the coming years.
