Successful self -defense course in Kematen: Young people strengthen their self -confidence
in Kematen at the Krems, a self -defense course for young people was carried out again, and for the eighth time. Organized by the FPÖ Kematen, this repeated commitment has proven to be extremely successful. Under the direction of Christian Deutinger, the faction chairman, 20 enthusiastic participants between the ages of 10 and 14 took part in the intensive training sessions.
Various techniques for self -defense were conveyed in the Kematen elementary school over a period of three consecutive Saturdays over a period of three consecutive Saturdays. The young people were not only taught how they can defend themselves physically, but also how they can have a de -escalating effect in conflict -loaded situations. With the support of experienced trainers, the participants gradually learned different defense methods.
