Advent in the park: Festive activities and craftsmanship in Mauer

WALL. On the first Sunday of Advent, December 1st, the Center for Mental and Physical Health in Wall awaits its guests for a special event. The popular "Advent in the Park" is celebrated there from 9.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

In the early morning hours, a service will be held at 8.30 a.m. to initiate the festive atmosphere. From 9.30 a.m., visitors have the opportunity to admire various craft works of art that are presented by the individual employment units in the ballroom. There is also something for the adventurous on site: carriage rides along the area are planned from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

A special highlight are the alpacas, which are also expected on this day, and will certainly provide a lot of joy. But that's not all. The musical framework of the event is carried out by the talented musicians of "The Voices" and the "Mängergangsverein Strengberg" from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., which underlines the contemplative atmosphere of the Advent.

A particularly exciting moment is waiting for visitors at 4 p.m. when the Perchten from the "Club 89" appears and will create the mood. This tradition not only makes many children's eyes shine, but is also a popular spectacle for adults.

The physical well -being is also taken care of: delicacies from the clinic kitchen will be available in order to offer the guests a hearty strengthening.
