Freistadt, Österreich - With violent applause, Barbara Etzlstorfer (42) becomes the new medical director of the Freistadt Clinic on February 1, 2025. It steps into the footsteps of Primary Norbert Fritsch, who goes into well -deserved retirement. The specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation has gained impressive 16 years of experience as a hospital doctor and, among other things, led the Department of Physical Medicine at the Linz Ordens Clinic. In addition, in September 2024, Sabine Aichberger opened an election doctor's order that specializes in physical medicine, rehabilitation, general medicine and neurology.

Barbara Etzlstorfer not only brings specialist knowledge, but also her personal roots. "As a native of Freistädter, who still lives in Freistadt, the Freistadt Clinic is very important to me," she says. Her goal as a medical director is to intensify the cooperation between the clinic and the resident area. Through transparent communication and respectful cooperation, she wants to create a productive work environment in which the focus is on the satisfaction of the employees. Four new senior physicians from Freistadt

In the middle of these changes, it was also announced that four doctors from the Freistadt district were now appointed Senior Doctors at the Linz Sisters' Clinic.
