The funding has so far been based primarily on communities. Public areas from 250 m², which contribute to relieving the sewer, can be promoted within local areas. For areas outside of these areas, the funds are also available to private individuals, communities and agricultural companies that can have at least 100 m² for deficiency projects. The processing of the funding is carried out by specialized authorities in the country, which also offer initial advice to implement projects.
