Skiing at fixed prices: NÖ Familienkitag attracts with discounts!
On Sunday, March 2, the ski enthusiasts in Lower Austria can expect a very special event: the Lower Austria family ski day! Owners of the Lower Austrian family pass can look forward to a sensational discount of over 50 percent for day tickets in selected ski areas. Family Councilor Christiane Teschl-Hofmeister explains that this is an excellent opportunity to make common ski fun affordable-be it on the slopes with skis or snowboard or simply when lingering on a mountain terrace.

The discount applies in a total of 13 different ski areas, including popular systems such as the Arralifte Harfstahl, the family arena Bucklige Welt and the community alpine Mitterbach. Furthermore, guests can look forward to the Happylift Semmering, Hochbärneck, St. Anton an der Jeßnitz and many more. Each participating ski area has individually tailored offers, so it is important to find out about the current snow conditions and opening times in advance. Some ski areas even offer this discount when buying online, which makes buying a ticket even easier, as from noe.gv.at
If you don't have a Lower Austria passport yet, you should be free of charge on the website noe.familienpass.at to be able to use the numerous advantages. Barbara Trettler, Managing Director of Lower Austria Familienland GmbH, is pleased with the participation of so many small but fine ski areas, and emphasizes that this day of skiing stands for affordable leisure fun, paired with movement and sport for the whole family.
