Job exchange in Krems: Networking for training and new career opportunities
On Tuesday, November 11, 2024, an important job exchange entitled "Training and Profession Krems" will take place in Krems. At this event, companies, schools and job seekers have the opportunity to exchange ideas. Over 60 companies will be on site to offer information about open positions.
The job exchange starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. It is particularly interesting that the event is accessible to schoolchildren in the morning, while from noon it will also be open to adult job seekers. More than 1,000 visitors are expected at the IMC campus, which indicates the great interest in the event. This initiative is organized by the labor market service (AMS) Krems, the Chamber of Commerce, local companies and regional schools.
categories and inclusion
The participating companies are divided into various industries, including trade, gastronomy, construction industry, and service sector. A total of 61 companies will present their offers. Inclusion applies special attention: companies that mark their information stand with a sun symbol have undertaken to offer people with disabilities. 28 such companies are represented this year. In addition, organizations such as Caritas and Lebenshilfe Lower Austria are also represented on the job exchange. This measure underlines the efforts to equality and equal opportunities on the labor market.
The job exchange is an excellent opportunity for job seekers to establish direct contacts with potential employers and to find out more about the places offered. The diversity of the industries represented indicates a wide range of professional opportunities that are available to visitors. The cooperation between the institutions, schools and companies shows how important a networked approach is in supporting job seekers.
