Use craftsman bonus: secure up to 2,000 euros by the end of the year!

In the Horn district there is an urgent recommendation from district administrator Margarete Jarmer. It asks the citizens to use the craftsman bonus this year. By December 31, 2024, renovation or renovation work can be carried out, which enable a financial advantage of up to 2,000 euros. From January 2025, this sentence will be reduced to a maximum of 1,500 euros. So if you plan to order renovations or repairs, you shouldn't postpone the next year, because up to 500 euros can be saved.

The craftsman bonus applies to a variety of work performed by artisans in the private sector. This includes not only classic renovation and renovation work, but also the expansion or enlargement of living space. The funding is 20 percent of the net labor costs and includes, among other things, services to remove flood or storm damage. Here, work such as painting work, the laying of tiles or drying work can be promoted, provided that these services are not covered by other funding instruments.

The funds provided for the craftsman bonus amount to a total of 300 million euros in the current year and next year. This could mean that with high demand, the funds could be quickly exhausted. Therefore, Jarmer advises: "It is better to get the bonus sooner than later." This not only promotes the order situation for local craft companies, but also the wallet of customers.
