A lot has happened in Mannsdorf recently. It was not until 2023 that the designs for the new company premises of the energy company “We are Solar” were developed in cooperation with the municipality. Well, in autumn 2024, the shell is already standing and shows the potential to become an important showcase project in Lower Austria.

The innovative project not only includes the typical elements of a community such as a parish hall or a fire brigade, but also combines modern offices, co-working spaces, as well as gastronomy and even accommodation. This project is specially designed for the needs of the region and is to be operated largely in terms of energy.
