Cultural variety in Amstetten: New series classic culture started

Amstetten has made a name for itself as a cultural city that is known far beyond the city limits. In order to do justice to this meaning, an extensive range of cultural events is now being bundled under the new slogan "Classic Culture". This concept is presented both in print form and digitally in order to offer those interested better access and create a clear separation from the everyday program.

Cultural city councilor Stefan Jandl sums up the Initiative: "We want to offer a wide -ranging and high -quality program for all ages and interests." The goal is to further strengthen the relevance of Amstettens in the cultural scene and to win an audience for top -class events.

For the coming season, an exciting program announces itself. On October 18, the Duo Bartolomeybittmann will convince with its rousing music, consisting of frenzied passages and intimate grooves. Theater fans can look forward to the play “Pension Schöller” on November 6th, which has already inspired many.

Another highlight will be the New Year's Eve gala of the operetta, which will be accompanied by a New Year's concert by the Tonkünstler Orchestra in Lower Austria on February 14. These events are all about the Johann Strauss Year 2025, with numerous Viennese dance traditions and a lot of troublemakers.

Special Guests like Wolfgang Puschnig will be on stage on January 29, where top -class jazz music in combination with regional artists, the Mostviertel pear workers, will be performed. In March the spectacle follows "in 80 days around the world", the theater, music and acrobatics united in an exciting stage show. The percussion ensemble Louie’s Cage will also inspire the audience with a mixture of classic and modern sounds.
