Finally bright spot for the Hendl and turkey holder in Ybbs!

A ray of hope for the Hendl and turkey holder in the Amstetten district! After the Federal Ministry of Health, Social Affairs, Nursing and Consumer Protection has finally lifted protection and surveillance zone, normality returns again. The cancellation, which took place on December 14th in Ernsthofen and St. Valentin and on December 16 in numerous other communities such as Allhartsberg, Amstetten and Aschbach-Markt, finally brings relief for the affected companies. Andreas Pum, the chairman of the district farmers' chamber, reported that post -processing in the companies is now running in order to carry out disinfection and crap treatment. "Let's wait, because if there are no new infections, it can soon be set normally," added Pum. However, the first young hens will be available at the end of February or March, which could significantly impair the candy production in the coming year.
