New diagnostic house in Vienna-Landstrasse: Better health for everyone!
Landstraßer Hauptstr. 71, 1030 Wien, Österreich - The diagnosis house 3 will move to the Rochus passage in Vienna-Landstrasse in September 2025. The new location at Landstraßer Hauptstraße 71 replaces the previous address at Klimschgasse 16. This change is not only a move, but also brings with it an extended range of services and a faster appointment. With over 120 employees: Inside and more than 350,000 annual examinations, the diagnostic house 3 is a central contact point for imaging diagnostics in the third district.
The new ordination will be set up on about 900 square meters and equipped with a state -of -the -art diagnostic technology. An important component of this change is the new MRI cash contract, which is offered as the only cash benefit option in the third district. X -rays, mammography and ultrasound are already available as cash benefits. Insured persons of all health insurers can use MRI examinations at the new location, which significantly improves medical care for the patient.
improved medical offers
The offer of the diagnosis house 3 includes high -precision imaging diagnostics and covers a complete spectrum of the latest imaging methods. The aim is to offer patients security and clarity regarding the examinations. In addition, information on preparation, required documents, for the process and schedule are provided directly. The diagnostic house is therefore not only a place for investigations, but also an important source of information for patients.
A further step to improve health care is the agreement between the Austrian Health Insurance Fund (ÖGK) and the specialist association of health companies in the Austria (WKÖ) Chamber of Commerce (WKÖ). This agreement leads to uniform services at MRI and CT for all insured persons and aims to promote the digitization of health care. The results of CT and MRI examinations no longer have to be brought by the patients themselves; Instead, they can be saved directly in the electronic health file (ELGA) if the consent is available.
uniform services for all insured
Thanks to these changes, it will be made possible by treating doctors to access findings without delay. This facilitates the comparison with previous examinations, regardless of the location of the examination. The new overall contract for MRI applies from January 1, 2024 and ensures an alignment of the fee and the catalog of services for CT and MRI across Austria. The aim of this harmonization is to ensure the same access to the necessary medical services to all insured persons and to improve the quality of care in Austria.
With the opening of the new diagnosis house 3 in Vienna-Landstrasse and the both local and national improvements in health care, there are significant progress in the field of medical diagnostics and patient care.
