Stefan Rohringer takes over the management of the Infineon F & e-centers in Austria
The Infineon Technologies Austria has made an important organizational change with effect from October 1, 2023. Stefan Rohringer has been appointed the new head of the research and development centers in Austria and will coordinate all research centers in Villach, Graz and Linz under a uniform management for the first time.
Stefan Rohringer, 60 years old, has over 30 years of experience in micro and nanoelectronics. Previously, he headed the Infineon development center in Graz for 25 years. In his new position as "Country R&D Officer Austria", he is responsible for the entire research strategy in Austria, including the development and management of research networks. His goal is to bundle the F&E forces in Austria and to actively shape their future.
