Students of the Villach trade school: Christmas for children and animals

In the run -up to Christmas, which often encourages us to reflect and give us to give, the students of the commercial academy and commercial school Villach show how important social Engagement is. With a lot of enthusiasm, they have launched two initiatives to support children and animals in the region.

The first initiative, known as "Christmas gnome - give children a smile" is led by four students from 3As: Jasmina Radojevic, Danaja Osmancevic, Rajana Adajeva and Zeina Barzouk. In view of the tense economic situation and the challenges in front of which many families are facing, they have decided to collect gifts for children who may not be able to afford. The donations collected, including toys and books, are to be distributed to needy children through the organization Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund. Her motivation is clear: to wake joy and a smile with the children.

The second project is entitled "Give animals a heart" and focuses on the well -being of animals. The students Al Dino Husidic, Lana Pewal, Alissa Schedina, Emir Lonic, Darian Nindler and Matteo Scheran from 3BS have decided to sell food and drink at the upcoming parenting day. The entire proceeds of this campaign will benefit the "Garden Eden Garden" animal shelter in Villach, which takes care of neglected and abused animals. Since the necessary donations for the animal shelter are large, the students call up the citizens to support with material donations such as wet feed, toys for animals or vouchers from hardware stores.

Both groups are happy about any kind of help. If you want to contribute to the "Christmas gnome", you can contact Jasmina Radojevic on 0676 5953104 or by email at jasminearadojevic13@gmail.com. For the shelter, interested parties can contact Al Dino Husidic at 0664 2500161 or al.husidic@hak-villach.at to talk about the opportunities for support.

These projects not only offer an opportunity to give something back to the community, but also increase awareness of the need to work for others. Especially in the Christmas season, the importance of these gestures is particularly noticeable, and the students of the commercial academy show that everyone - no matter how small the contribution may be - can make a difference. So be part of these inspiring actions and contribute to bringing young hearts joy and helping animals in need. More information can be found in a report on www.meinbezirk.at .
