New tour in the Obervellach ambulance: fresh wind for the helpers
in Obervellach, where the Red Cross plays an important role in emergency care, the management team of the local rescue center has changed for a few months. Mirko Pristavec is now responsible for the management, a committed commercial employee who deals with a lot of dedication.
Pristavecs support comes from two deputies. Magdalena Wech, who has been active with the rescue workers since 2016 and also teaches future paramedics, becomes the first deputy. She combines her commitment with her history studies at the University of Klagenfurt. Stefanie Striednig, who has been in the team since 2020, was elected second deputy. She brings experience from her work at the Noritec company in Sachsenburg.
a committed team in use
The Red Cross Obervellach can look proud of its staff: a total of 42 volunteers and two full -time employees take care of the safety of the population. They are in use around the clock to be able to react quickly to emergencies.
The newly formed management team faces significant challenges, including the long -planned conversion of the rescue station. This represents an important investment in the infrastructure and has the potential to sustainably improve the quality of the emergency services.
The work of the outgoing management team should be particularly emphasized. Ulrich Gradnitzer, Dominik Pacher and Verena Loipold have served great services over many years. District office manager Dylan Morley and the district manager Iris Köstenbauer praised her committed work and thank you very much for her valuable commitment. Gradnitzer remains the local office as a doctor for necessary recertifications, while Loipold remains in the team as a paramedic. "We wish Dominik Pacher good luck with his family," said Morley and Köstenbauer.
The changes in the management team are not only a change in the line, but also mark a new era for the local rescue center. The commitment and professionalism of each individual are crucial for the fact that Obervellach will remain safe in the future.
