Today the starting signal for the construction of an innovative sustainability campus on the company premises in Klagenfurt, which is realized with a double -digit million amount. The managing director, Otmar Petschnig, emphasizes that "innovative solutions are crucial for a sustainable and digital future, especially in the craft." In order to do justice to this claim, the campus is built with recyclable building materials and is generously obtained green roofs and off -road surfaces. Special attention is paid to energy efficiency: solar systems and emission-free heating systems should significantly reduce the CO2 footprint.

Petschnig explains: "This creates the basis for new solutions in the areas of digital construction acceptance and forward -looking maintenance." The Fleischmann & Petschnig Group has made immense progress in Klagenfurt as a small roofer company in 1892. Today it is one of the leading providers of solutions in the areas of roofs, facades, photovoltaics and building monitoring in Austria, with around 120 employees at the Klagenfurt location. This new project not only represents another milestone for the company, but could also act as a pacemaker for the entire industry.
