A new housing project was inaugurated in Feldkirchen, which now provides 16 rental apartments. This investment of a total of three million euros at Almweg 1, not far from the Öbau Egger, stands out particularly by its sustainable construction. Behind this development is the DRAU Wohnbau non -profit company M.B.H., which belongs to the Carinthian settlement.

The environmentally friendly handling of the existing buildings is particularly remarkable. The earlier three buildings on the area were completely demolished, with the resulting building material being prepared on site and reused for the background of the street.
