Feldkirchen: Carnival club celebrates 50 years with great revue and surprises!

On Friday, May 23, 2025, the members of the Feldkirchner carnival club met in the Gasthof Wadl on Pollnitz for the annual general meeting. President Peter Kowal and Vice President Corinna Fischer presented the landlady Jasmin Wadl and her mother -in -law Brigitte Brigitte bouquets as guest gifts. In addition, board member and actor Verena Stippernitz received a bouquet of flowers on the occasion of her 30th birthday that she had celebrated in early May. In a review of the past year of the association, the board members also announced promising plans for the upcoming carnival season.

It should be emphasized that the Feldkirchner carnival club 2026 will celebrate its 50th anniversary. After a creative break in the 2023/2024 season, when the carnival sessions failed due to the failure of several important members, they will return to the city hall in the anniversary year. Former carnival players will take part again, and an exciting program for the five anniversary carnival sessions is being planned. The ticket sales for these events have already started.

carnival revue and other events

In 2023, the Feldkirchner carnival club took a creative break to collect new ideas and strength. In the meantime, the marketing team of Feldkirchen organized a carnival revue with the motto "walk in", which took place on the city hall on February 20, 21 and 22, 2025 at 8 p.m. This review included an evening full of dance, music and cabaret with well -known participants such as Udo Wenders and Manfred Tial.

Despite the cancellation of the carnival sessions due to the absence of several actors, such as Elena Malle and Markus Ebner, a varied program was set up. Mayor Martin Treffner handed over the city key to President Peter Kowal in advance, and the Feldkirchner child prince couple was presented, followed by children's masked ball on March 2, 2025.

For the carnival day, which falls on March 4 in 2025, a large carnival parade through the city center is planned. While Feldkirchen, as Carinthia's Faschings state capital 2023/2024, submits the title on November 11th to the carnival guild Bad St. Leonhard, the anticipation for the numerous events in the region remains unbroken.
