St. Michael, Österreich - On June 1, 2025, the St. Michael elementary school celebrates an important anniversary party that recognizes the continuous development and special achievements of the school. The educational institution, which has played an important role in the village since 1970, has established itself with 123 students in eight classes and a dedicated team of 12 teachers. The lead motif "Strong children - strong for life" underlines the focus of the school on individual potential, social responsibility and democratic education.

The school recently invested in modern facilities to create an optimal learning environment. The structural renewal, which began in 2024, comprised an investment of around 962,000 euros, which contributes to functionality and security, with 566,000 euros from the Carinthian educational structure.
