Court judgment: Refugee rejection at the border is illegal!

An important judgment of the Berlin Administrative Court caused a stir in German asylum policy. The court decided that the rejection of illegal refugees at the border is illegal. In the specific case, three Somalier - two men and one woman - complained who had entered Poland on May 9 and wanted to apply for asylum in Germany. During a check at Frankfurt (Oder) station, they were rejected by the federal police to Poland on the same day. The authority justified the rejection by the fact that the applicants came from a safe third country. The Dublin procedure

The Dublin procedure is a central rules of the European Union that regulates responsibility for asylum applications.
