The 35th Film Festival at Vienna Rathausplatz, which takes place from June 28 to August 31, 2025, will come up with an exciting innovation this year. According to OTS Live music concept expanded. Under the title "Film Festival Sounds Presented by Aperol", extensive musical highlights for festival goers will be offered in the coming months.

The program includes DJ sets and live concerts of local newcomers and international headliners. This aims to create a low -threshold cultural offer in public space. The heart of the new format will be the Aperol Spritz Piazza, an urban meeting point that will also offer cultural encounters.

The Aperol Spritz Piazza will be found vis-à-vis from the Burgtheater and promises unforgettable summer evenings with a mixture of DJ vibes, live acts and refreshing summer drinks. The doors are open every day from 11:00 a.m., and from Monday to Saturday there is a varied music program with regular DJ sets. The highlight is the appearance of the artist Kamrad, who will appear on July 18, 2024, known for his hits such as "I Believe" and "Feel Alive".

The event series "Aperol Sunday Vibes", which wants to offer talented young musicians, is also particularly worth mentioning. On selected Sundays, such as July 28 and September 1, 2024, Austrian artists will appear, including Karamell Karma, Ktee and Phiora. Entry to the event is free, there is the possibility to become part of the Aperol Summer Song 2024 through a "Create A Song" booth and to capture unforgettable moments with an instant picture.
