On Saturday, May 31, 2025, the Niederöblarn volunteer fire brigade invited to an open day, which attracted numerous visitors. At the beginning of the event, a fire extinguisher checked by the Höflehner fire protection company took place. From 11:00 a.m., guests were able to take part in hourly demonstrations, which demonstrated a wide range of fire service equipment and operational techniques.
The fire brigade youth presented an exciting extinguishing attack as a first show exercise. This practical demonstration illustrated the skills and preparatory training of the young fire brigade members. The fire brigade Altaussee was also on site and offered impressive insights into the use of a modern extinguishing robot, the RTE Robot, which can be equipped with versatile growing modules in order to deal with different application scenarios. Christophorus 14/99 carried out two demonstrations, including a thaw, which brought visitors closer to the possible uses of the latest rescue techniques.A syringe competition was organized for the little guests, which was very well received and provided a lot of joy. The daylight was the ceremonial re -cutting of a maypole in the early evening, followed by an auction that took place as part of a cozy get -together. The RTE Robot, which was presented as part of the event, shows the innovative strength of modern fire engineering.
