Celler fundraiser cracks 20,000 euros - help for people in need!
In an impressive fundraising campaign, the "Ö3 Christmas miracle" collected almost 5.5 million euros for families in Austria. These funds come from articles for music requests and are forwarded to the "light into the dark soar-help fund". In addition, the “Ö3 Wounder bag” campaign came together another 500,000 euros by disposing old cell phones in an environmentally friendly manner. In an interim balance sheet, the broadcaster Michael Pauser announced that the total amount of the Ö3 donations is now around six million euros, such as Noen reported.
In the meantime, a remarkable amount of 20,000 euros was collected for the “Misorschen in Need” initiative as part of a Celler Crowdfunding campaign. The action exceeded the target for nine hours before the deadline. This campaign, which was launched for the 29th time by the Celleschen Zeitung, aims to provide unbureaucratic help for people in need in the region. Thanks to the Stadtwerke Celle, which will increase each donation from 10 euros with a further 10 euros, numerous supporters could be mobilized by December 23. The editor -in -chief Ralf Leineweber emphasized the urgency of the help, since the aid needs grow steadily, like help for the needy
Overall, more than 3.3 million euros have been provided for helpful families since 1995 by the “Misorschen in Need” initiative. In the run -up to Christmas, the Cellesche Zeitung, together with parishes and social services, managed to support a variety of projects and to offer the urgently needed help. At that time, the previous year's amount of 167,000 euros exceeded the donations received, which required the use of reserves of the association. The constantly growing willingness to help in the region shows how important such actions are to effectively support people in need.
