Winter magic in the Europa-Park: Pumpkins and fir trees in November

A visit to the Europa-Park, which is considered one of the best amusement parks in the world, is an unforgettable experience for many. On Tuesday, November 19, I ventured into this fascinated place as a newcomer, which attracts over six million visitors every year. With over 100 attractions and a phenomenal number of almost 5000 employees, it is not surprising that the park in Rust is a main attraction of regional entertainment.

The dimensions of the park are impressive. But on this cold November day you can feel the weather particularly strongly. Strong winds led to some rides, including the latest roller coaster "Voltron". Warnings of hurricane gusts in the Black Forest influenced the entire range of leisure activities. Instead of exciting descents, desperate passengers stood in front of closed rides, while the anticipation was already in the air for the upcoming winter holidays. It was a long way from Ravensburg, but the relaxed atmosphere helped to alleviate the disappointment of the temporary restrictions.

Mottow change: Halloween for Christmas

In the parking lot, a strange picture on this November day: Small pumpkins were among freshly decorated Christmas trees. The park of the park, "Hallowinter", showed the transition from one season to the next. The festive atmosphere was clearly noticeable, despite the closing of some rides. During this time when Halloween ends and Christmas is approaching, the park is decorated with festive decoration.

While my colleagues tried other rides, I decided to stroll through the park and to absorb the special atmosphere. The sight of the festively decorated attractions compensated for the lack of roller coaster ride. The tasteful design of the different subject areas, the typical decoration and even gastronomy created an inviting ambience for visitors.

A highlight of my visit was the tarte flambee stand, where I was able to enjoy a classic tarte flambee with bacon for 9.80 euros. A little luxury that rounded off the entire experience. Culinary delights are also a large part of the offer in the Europa-Park and offer guests a unique opportunity to discover the variety of European cuisine.

The joy of the park visitors was noticeable in the air, especially when I observed how the guests approached new attractions through courage and overcoming. The mixture of tension and nervousness, which is often reflected in the faces of people, is part of the adventurous experience that the Europa-Park offers so successfully.

Although I couldn't get into the roller coaster "Voltron", my visit to the Europa-Park was an exciting experience. The impressive dimensions, the seasonal decoration and the opportunity to try culinary delights left me the wish to return. Even if I am not an adrenaline-loving ride fan, the variety of the park and the joy of the visitors has definitely expanded my horizon. The Europa-Park not only offers rides, but also a sophisticated concept that makes every visit to something special. More information on the all year round of the park is here available.
