Festive sounds: Golden Harps enchants medium and south bathing with Christmas concerts
The Gospel Choir Golden Harps announces a series of Christmas concerts in Central and South Baden for this year. These concerts, which have been organized by the municipality of Umkirch near Freiburg for over 15 years, promise again to become a real highlight of the festive season. Especially the events in the Europa-Park Rust and at Weberhaus in Rheinau-Linx have developed on popular dates that attract many people.
A special feature of the concerts is the impressive backdrop of the monastery church in Friesenheim-Schuttern, which is festively illuminated on the last evenings of the year. Traditionally, hundreds of visitors from all over the region come together to enjoy the capsized performances of the choir. The approximately 30 singers of the choir are accompanied by a talented band and experienced soloists. Together they present a diverse program that includes well-known Christmas carols and modern gospel interpretations.
