ÖVP top candidate revolutionary revolutionary election program for Burgenland state elections 2025

The upcoming state election in Burgenland on January 19 promises to become a pioneering decision. According to the ÖVP top candidate Christian Sagartz, the ÖVP is the "only alternative" for the previous SPÖ all-class government. He announced this when presenting the election program in Antau.

SAGARTZ emphasized the importance of a "change of direction" in the country, which is supposed to bring the election in 2025. The focus of the election program is on topics from age discrimination to the future. The program is based on Sagartz's comprehensive tour of all 171 communities in the past few months.

The ÖVP calls for an economic fund, financed by a strategic reduction in the state holding company. This is intended to release important funds. Another proposal is the introduction of a "preventive thousand", which is intended to motivate Burgenland to take care of preventive examinations. Anyone who completes the investigations in good time could receive a premium of 1,000 euros.

The People's Party also campaigns for affordable living and calls for the abolition of the building land mobilization tax. A youth bonus of 10,000 euros is proposed for the acquisition of the first property. The ÖVP also strives for freedom of choice in nursing and puts close to the citizens of Burgenland.

There were over 100 guests present at the program presentation in Antau, including prominent personalities such as elementary lawyer Gaby Schwarz and the former deputy governor Gerhard Jellasitz. The ÖVP relies on cohesion and emphasizes the strength of its candidates in the upcoming 70 days until the election.
