Stefan Zvonarits remains chairman: Urbarial cooperative with a fresh board
At the General Assembly of the Urbarial Cooperative in Croatian Minihof, the proven chairman Stefan Zvonarits was unanimously confirmed in office. Together with 84 other members, they confirmed the continuity in the administration and rewarded Zvonarits' engagement in the cooperative. Johann Trachta remains as a deputy chairman next to him.
In addition, the posts of the cashier, the secretary and other board members were also filled. Ernst Buczolich will act as a cashier, Rudolf Satovich takes over the office of secretary, while Ivan Krizmanich, Gerhard Ribarich and Felix Zvonarich form the board members.successful reforestation projects
The Urbarial Cooperative has made impressive progress in the afforestation in recent years. Over 40,000 new trees have been planted, and several hectares of the acreage are now fenced in to protect the seedlings. Another four hectares with 12,000 seedlings are already planned for the upcoming planting season. "By sustainable reforestation, we make an important contribution to the preservation of our forests," explains Zvonarits.
In addition, the cooperative maintains close cooperation with the local district heating cooperative to efficiently use resources and to promote the region in the long term. An additional research project on the ash drive death is launched in cooperation with the University of Natural Resources and Natural Resources and the University of Innsbruck. The aim is to investigate the spread of this tree disease and to develop opportunities to combat it.
With this positive development and the elected board, the Urbarial Cooperative Kroisch's Minihof looks into the future with confidence, whereby sustainable forest care and regional cooperation are in focus.
