Burgenland-Gala: 107,120 euros donated to the dark for light
On Friday evening, the Burgenland Gala in Andau, in the Neusiedl am See district, took place, where around 400 guests came together to donate for a good cause. A total of 107,120 euros could be collected. Of this amount, 92,120 euros will benefit the “Light into the Dark” campaign, while the Burgenland Cancer Aid can look forward to 15,000 euros.
The gala took place in the Scheiblhofer winery and was headed by State Councilor Daniela Winkler, who represented the governor Hans Peter Doskozil. Winkler emphasized the importance of the "Light into the Dark" initiative, which has been supporting people and families in Burgenland for many years who have been disadvantaged by social or health. She thanked everyone present for her support.
