An outstanding project is the purchase and conversion of an empty savings branch in Kirchengasse. This is to be converted into a new family doctor practice. Mayor Pitzl emphasizes the importance of solid health care for the population. The choice of the location is justified by the existing infrastructure and the parking facilities, so that no additional soil needs to be sealed. In order to make the conversion efficiently, a non -partisan working group was launched. At the same time, the practicing doctor Dr. Carmen Putz found a transitional solution in the premises of the Catholic parish of Apetlon, which briefly ensures medical care.

This not only impresses with its water quality, but also attracts numerous those seeking relaxation. The renovation should be completed by the upcoming bathing season. However, this is not the only construction project in Apetlon. Due to the general trend towards fire burials, a new urn wall is being built at the cemetery. The district administration Neusiedl am See has already granted approval for this. The Gartner-Schiener Bau company was commissioned to build the urn wall and the establishment of a fencing wall to the rectory.

Since cycling in Burgenland is increasingly gaining popularity, the mayor is pleased with the positive news that an application for partial renovation of the bike path section B10 towards Pamhagen and long paints was included in a corresponding program of the state of Burgenland. Pitzl emphasizes that cycling tourism not only benefits visitors, but is also important for local business people, restaurants and winemakers. The sidewalk on Wallerner Straße is also to be renovated in the area of the sand height to increase traffic safety.

Finally, some personal questions were heard to the mayor. So Pitzl reveals that she can best switch off from everyday stress while cycling or as a passionate hobby fisherman.
