On the national holiday, Wimpassing experienced a lively tradition when the volunteer fire brigade led by Commandant Markus Pluschkovitz organized her hiking day for the 18th time. The hikes about the picturesque hills of Wimpassing and Leithaprodersdorf attracted numerous participants, including children and families. The event was not only a trip to nature, but also an opportunity for the community to come together.

A special highlight was offered for the little hikers: a puzzle rally, in which the children answered tricky questions and received small surprises for their solutions.
