A historical step: Pinkafeld's new housing project starts!
In Pinkafeld, the state of Burgenland has taken an important step towards affordable living space by handing over the first living unit of the innovative project "Ownership at the Creation Award". The Landesinenkimmobilien Burgenland GmbH (Lib) and their subsidiary Sowo Burgenland have realized a double house complex with a total of six residential units. Governor Hans Peter Doskozil and his colleagues presented the new home to the first tenants, which was inaugurated with a traditional gesture, bread and salt. This pilot project marks a crucial turning point in the creation of affordable living space, such as Kurier reported.
project overview and financing
The double houses in E-Werkstrasse are manufactured in the robust brick building and offer comfortable equipment such as underfloor heating, parquet floors and spacious gardens. The entire investment for the project amounts to around 2.4 million euros. The innovative approach includes a rental purchase system through which the future owners can gradually acquire a share of the property. In contrast to conventional models, the purchase price is determined from the start, which offers tenants financial scope and planning security. The owners must have the main residence in Burgenland and must not have any other objects that can cover their living needs, such as "https://www.meinbezirk.at/oberwart/c-lokales/erste-mieterin-in-sowo-burgenland-wohnung-einzt.
The project is like the need for living space in Burgenland and has already sparked great interest, because there are already 30 inquiries for the six units. Furthermore, it was announced that six other double houses could potentially be created at this location. Projects for generational apartments in Stuben and Gols are also planned this year to further expand the range of affordable living space.
