Dornbirn, Österreich - Boho Studio in Dornbirn enables individual movement experiences that strengthen both body and mind. The varied range of courses includes stretching, barre, dancing, functional training and the specially developed training concept "Lavela".
"Lavela", which was launched in collaboration with various experts: inside Valentina Baldauf, reflects her personal movement trip. Baldauf began her career with ballet and rhythmic gymnastics before she suffered a serious training accident at the age of 16, in which she broke three cervical vertebrae and was temporarily paralyzed. After a long recovery process, she fought back and finally took part in the World Cup in Patras in 2007.
