Lauterach, Österreich - On June 1, 2025, the 2024/2025 football season ends in Vorarlberg amateur football, a phase that goes hand in hand with numerous decisions about ascents and descents in the different leagues. In the Regionalliga West, SC Röfix Röthis is stuck as a relegated team, who completes the season on a relegation zone and has to compete in the coming season in VN.AT EliteLiga. In the same league, the teams RW Rankweil and FC Sohm Alberschwende also have to go to the lower classes.

In the Vorarlbergliga, FC Bizau secures the championship title and climbs into the elite league. The amateurs of SC Austria Lustenau can also look forward to the climb, while relegated SC Elektro Graf Hatlerdorf and Blum FC Höchst Höchst will have to play in the Landesliga next season

Details about the championship

The Landesliga is led by FC Dornbirn Juniors as a master, while VfB Hohenems 1b and FC Kennelbach have relegated. FC Thuringia is the relegation in the 1st state class, while in the 2nd state class of FC Lustenau 1907 1b is celebrated as a master. Here, too, FC Mäder and RW Rankweil 1b have to accept the descent. In the 3rd state class, master SC Admira Dornbirn Juniors is determined, while SC Elektro Graf Hatlerdorf 1b is announced as a relegation. The 4th state class crowns FC Schwarzach to the master and allows SV Frigo Ludesch 1b to climb, while FC Schwarzenberg 1b and SPG FC Mellau 1b have to relegate.

The 5th state class recorded the championship title for Cashpoint SCR Altach Future Team in Oberland and SPG Mellau 1c in the lowlands. VfB Hohenems triumphs in the Women Landesliga and secures the championship title.

Vorarlberg amateur championship

Another highlight of the season was the semi -finals of the Vorarlberg amateur championship, which was designed by FC Rotenberg and Admira Dornbirn. While Rotenberg clearly defeated VfB Hohenems 3-0 in the semifinals, Admira Dornbirn won 3-1 against SC Röthis. The final will take place on the Ried Lauterach sports facility on June 18, 2022 at 7 p.m.

The league was not only in the fight for the championship title this season, but also about maintaining the class and the opportunities for advancement. In mind with the climbing and relegation matrix, clubs such as FC Schwarzach and FC Bizau have both challenges and great success.
