In an impressive year for cycling, the cyclists of the association covered a total of 40 bike tours with a total length of 2,034 kilometers. Albert Grünberger stands out with astonishing 1,679 kilometers and leads the ranking of the most hardworking cyclists, followed by Franz Rath with 1,415 kilometers and Willi Kellner with 1,409 kilometers. On the women's side, Elfi Matuschka was able to win an exciting victory, which at 1,289 kilometers just ahead of Gabriele Grünberger (1,284 kilometers) and Gerda Kappler (1,068 kilometers) put them in the foreground, like the NÖN reported.

The city of Grünberg not only offers first -class bike paths, but also a fantastic landscape that inspires cyclists. The Tourist working group has developed new cycling routes that make the history and beauty of the area experienced. An approx. 60 km long cycling route combines medieval history with modern experiences and leads the participants through the attractive nature of the "western birds mountain". By connecting to the Hessian long -distance cycle path network, especially the routes R6 and R7, cyclists can not only explore the beauty of Grünberg, but also experience further adventures.
