Traumatic shock in Klagenfurt: Chocolate leads to horror trip!

In a shocking incident in Klagenfurt, there were dramatic scenes on January 7th when a 46-year-old man asked for help. He appeared confused in front of a hairdressing salon and reported on his seriously injured girlfriend in her apartment. The police were immediately alerted and discovered a bleeding woman who was immediately brought to the hospital when he arrived. At first the investigators had suspected that the man had injured his 40-year-old partner, but the truth turned out to be far worse, as reported.

The couple had consumed chocolate from a machine that was moved with Magic Mushroom the night before. This psychedelic drug led to severe intoxicating states, hallucinations and ultimately to a "hell trip", in the course of which the woman hurt herself by hit her head against the wall. The public prosecutor's office in Klagenfurt therefore initiates an investigation against an entrepreneur from Salzburg who operates the machine from which the dangerous candy came. It is suspected of having brought harmful food into circulation, which, according to Kosmo , could also result in a violation of the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act.

Investigations and presumption of innocence

However, the investigation proves to be challenging because the chocolate consumed is no longer available and is unclear whether the machine has now been bought empty or the products have been removed. A search of the entrepreneur's inventory is now planned to find other dangerous products. In the meantime, the proceedings against the partner of the injured party were discontinued due to a lack of evidence. As usual, the presumption of innocence applies to the entrepreneur.
