In Nassau, the children's eyes shone in full splendor at the traditional St. Martin train! The Michelsmarktverein Nassau and the city of Nassau have once again organized an unforgettable festival that conquered the hearts of the small and large. At 6 p.m. St. St. Martin rode through the streets, accompanied by a colorful sea of lights from lanterns, which illuminated the darkness.

The parade, a popular custom, brings light and joy into the shorter days of autumn. The legend of St. Martin, who shared his coat with a freezing beggar, came to life due to the bright faces of the children. They proudly held their self -made or bought lanterns in their hands, which ranged from traditional motifs to imaginative animal figures. The volunteer fire brigade provided security and accompanied the train through the city center to the baron of Stein-Park.

The happy atmosphere was contagious! Families, grandparents and children combined to experience the Sankt Martin fire together, the highly opened up and distributed the cold of the evening. The musical accompaniment of the "Spielmannszug Singhofen" created an additional mood and made the hearts beat faster. When the fire finally went out and the event came to an end, everyone agreed: it was an unforgettable evening full of joy and community!
