Haimbuchner presents future vision: strong economy, safe home!
Design-Center Linz, 4020 Linz, Österreich - On April 5, 2025, the 36th Ordinary State Party Conference of the FPÖ Oberösterreich took place in the Linz design center. Under the motto "We are building a future! Stable economy. Safe home." gathered over 500 delegates to discuss the future orientation of the party. Guests of honor such as National Council President Dr. Walter Rosenkranz, State Councilor Mag. Susanne Rosenkranz, Horst Schender and MMag. Elisabeth Schwetz underlined the importance of this event.
dr. Manfred Haimbuchner was re -elected as a state party chairman with 92.8 % of the votes. In his passionate speech, he emphasized the need for strength and cohesion within the party. "The year 2024 was the most successful year of our attorney in Austria," said Haimbuchner and emphasized the successes of the FPÖ.
core concern of the FPÖ
Haimbuchner also thanked LAbg. Herwig Mahr for his longstanding tour and handed the office to LAbg. Thomas Dim. Special challenges that he outlined were the "misguided migration policy" and the "hollowing out of the traditional family". The leading application, which was passed during the party congress, formulated decisive focus for the future policy of FPÖ.
- Promotion of regional economic cycles
- leaner and capable of action
- Value -oriented family policy
- Protection of boundaries against illegal migration
The party also called for a targeted award policy for public orders to support regional companies, as well as a fairer tax policy that promotes initiative and willingness to perform. Another central point was the demand for suspension of asylum law and a stop of the asylum immigration from third countries. Haimbuchner noted that unregistered migration leads to the alienation of home, traditions and culture.
Integration policy and internal security
The party congress also devoted itself intensively to the topics of internal security and integration policy. Mandatory integration measures for legally living migrants were required to ensure a harmonious living together. The FPÖ wants to take responsibility and strengthen a community based on traditional values.
The economic orientation of the FPÖ, as well as the other parties, was shown in the context of a system that distinguishes between an active state with state regulations and less state interference. This is part of the larger political landscape, which was documented in the Chapel Hill Expert Survey 2019. The FPÖ positions itself more on the right, where fewer state regulation takes place, combined with a focus on tradition and the protection of national values Politpro reports that ... .
Overall, the party congress shows how the FPÖ continues to react to the current social challenges and what political priorities it sets for the coming years. Responsible action and the protection of traditional values are the focus of their strategy.
